Q. How are handmade papers made?
A. All the handmade papers manufactured here are totally eco-friendly made from recycling waste materials like various types of cotton, jute, mill waste, papers etc.

Q. Can I get customised papers and products?
A. Yes, we can customise the products or papers if you order in bulk based on the requirement. Please mail us your requirement to know the minimum order quantity.

Q. Can I get tailor made invitation cards or wedding cards? 
A. Yes, we can design invitation cards and wedding cards by using handmade papers. We can also provide the same using seed papers or flower petal papers. Please mail us your requirement to know the minimum order quantity.

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay by UPI, Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, Net Banking or American Express. Payments are processed on a secure server and all order and payment details are encrypted for security. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. 

Q. Can I put handmade paper through a printer?
A. The paper is not specifically designed for desktop inkjet or laser printers. However many people have achieved good results with inkjet.

Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. Not at this time, but we’re working toward offering international shipping in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates!

Q. What is GSM? 
A. Grammes per square metre. It’s the thickness of paper.

Q. What is deckled edge paper?
A. This is the rough uncut edge of a sheet of handmade paper caused by pulp slipping between the mould and the removable frame – the deckle – during the sheet forming process.

Q. What kind of products do you have?
A. We have various categories of handmade papers and products. We have stationery products like notebooks, diaries, calendars, envelopes, gift papers. For artists we have Ajantha blocks, sketchbooks, notebooks, diaries, deckle edge diaries. We also have office folders, paper bags. Under our lifestyle range we have handmade paper lamps, tea light sets, reusable straws, agarbattis etc.
